1. Overview

Welcome to Kadima Copytrading, a service owned and operated by Kadima Traders. By accessing or using our platform at copytrading.kadimatraders.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and Risk Disclosure. Please read them carefully before copying trades or using any feature of the Kadima system.

2. Nature of Service

Kadima Copytrading is a peer-to-peer system that allows users to automatically copy trading activities of other users (“Master Traders”) on the Deriv platform. Kadima Traders is not a broker, financial advisor, or investment manager. You are fully responsible for your own trading decisions.

• All trades are executed inside your Deriv account.
• Kadima does not hold or manage client funds.
• No guarantees of profit or loss reduction are made.

3. Eligibility

• You must be 18+ or of legal trading age in your country.
• You must have an active Deriv account in good standing.
• You must understand the risks of trading and use the platform lawfully.

4. Account Connection & Security

Your Deriv credentials are never shared with Kadima Traders. Connection happens securely through the Deriv API. You’re responsible for keeping your Kadima login details safe. Kadima is not liable for losses due to unauthorized access, malware, or weak passwords.

5. Copying Traders

When you choose to copy a Master Trader:

• All trading decisions belong to that trader, not Kadima.
• Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.
• Slippage, delay, or differences in execution may occur.
• You can stop copying or adjust settings anytime.

6. Fees and Pricing

Kadima Copytrading may charge subscription fees or performance-based markups as displayed on the platform. Fees can change with notice. No refunds for active or completed periods.

7. Risk Disclosure

Trading synthetic indices and derivatives involves high risk and is not suitable for everyone. By using Kadima Copytrading, you agree that:

• You may lose part or all of your capital.
• Copying another trader does not remove risk.
• Market volatility or connection issues may affect performance.
• Kadima is not responsible for trading losses or missed profits.
• You control your copy settings and trading activity.

8. Data & Privacy

Kadima Traders collects minimal data necessary to operate the platform (e.g., Deriv login ID, trade activity, analytics). Data is never sold or rented to third parties.

9. Platform Reliability

While Kadima strives for 24/7 uptime and accurate trade replication, technical issues may occur such as API errors, downtime, or connectivity delays. Kadima is not liable for resulting trading losses.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Kadima Copytrading is provided “as is” and “as available.” No guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or profitability are made. Use it at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Kadima Traders is not liable for any losses, indirect or consequential damages.
• Any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees paid (if any).

12. User Conduct

• Do not misuse or manipulate the platform.
• Do not reverse-engineer Kadima’s software.
• Do not spread false or misleading performance data.
• Respect Deriv’s own Terms of Use.

13. Updates & Modifications

Kadima Traders may update these Terms anytime. Continued use after changes means you accept the new version.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international laws. Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration or through a competent court selected by Kadima Traders.
